Within the realm of DulcetEpicure Culinary Photographic Studios you will discover my personal and professional culinary photography, a majority of the images are featured from the seasonal menu at Fideli's Restaurant, the Sydney Restaurant I work in as a Sous Chef, menu/recipe development, stylist and principle photographer.

I think that's the best compliment anyone could give a chef/artist, I really thank you for it cause that's the master goal of my work, to inspire and share the joys of food with everyone.

You could have my talent, it all comes down to practice like anything in life, do it enough and it becomes second nature. :)

...and I most certainly will, this is not an industry i am leaving anytime soon, if ever!!
