This is my fifth of five entries in the 2010 Australasian Culinary Awards last month held at the Sydney Convention Centre.
This dish is my pieced résistance, which also claimed 1st prize in the final, its a Pan Seared Lamb Rack Medallions coated in White and Black Sesame Seeds, Garlic Sautéed Vegetables, with a Port Juniper Berry Jus and Saffron Hollandaise Sauce.
Oh Yeah… Sadly over all I was placed 3rd though I was happy with my efforts so I certainly have no regrets about the results.
