This is one of three Dessert Submission for the Final of the Australasian Chef Table Competition held in Sydney Australia last week. There is a lot going on in this little Submission so please allow me to explain what delicious treat you are viewing
This is a triple chocolate mudcake with injected dark chocolate fudge in the centre. The chocolate is imported from England, Peru and France. It is topped with shaved Valrhona Chocolate, served with a glazed Strawberries/Blueberries and Vanilla Bean Boysenberry Coulie.
Oh... this one came in at number 9 out of 36.
