If you made this dish then please do read up on what I have to speak for about this dish. If not then please disregard as to what I say.

Vision: A really nice Coq au vin. I know what a dry chicken breast looks like and most definitely this chicken is moist. Still juicy and tender. Your walnuts looked like they we're candied. But I think it's not. Your vegetables looks superb. And the over all outcome of the dish really brings out each ingredient.

Originality: I've seen a lot of Coq au vin dishes. Specially coq au riesling. But this was plated better than what I've seen so I can still give out a high enough point for originality.

Technique: Plating executing is clean. Although it can be slightly messy because of the butter and wine. But the rest is just sublime.

Impact: This made me curious. I want to eat it as much as the next guy. Don't be mistaken, I'm not French I'm just learning Francais. But anyway, I just am very curious to what the dish may taste. Would it be creamy because of the butter? Or sweet because of the honey and olive oil mix? I know what the chicken would taste and come out. It would have the wine's flavor right there and as I were to expect as such

Every review I do is fairly distributed. On points may vary. I never review if bias or it would be unfair for the rest of the deviantART-ists
