One of the most difficult ice-creams I have made, more than a few practice runs were required to perfect it.
This is a Vanilla Ice-cream infused with Lindt Chocolate and Honeycomb. Additionally are two Coffee Ice-cream Dark Chocolate Truffles resting on a Vanilla Bean Anglaise.

Well the focus is the Ice-cream not so much the truffles, they are out of focus slightly which is why the hazy brown look, the same truffles were used for this dish [link] they are alot more in focus here as they are the centerpiece.
Yeah it was awesome at the end, for the first few attempts the icecream came out very icy and it lost the creamy buttermilk edge to it, so then I made the icecream and Honeycomb separate and added it at the end of the hardening process with great results.
