These are Double Lindt® Chocolate Choc-Chip Cupcakes with Raspberries and Strawberries, topped with a little Vanilla Sugar… simple and easy!
This was breakfast on the day of the Easter shoot, sadly they didn’t last long, infact I had to lock the crew out of studio while I shot them as 24 cakes went to 3 within 20 seconds, they were demolished. it wasn’t meant to be shot on the day but they came out so perfect I had to shoot them.
