It's February, but more importantly... today is Valentines Day, and in the spirit of L O V E I have submitted a few very special dishes.
So if I was on my death bed and I had one last meal... this would be it! I have spent 8 months perfecting this dish and finally here it is: This is a Slow Roasted Lamb Tenderloin with Pan Fried Lamb Back Strap, Lamb Bacon, Egg Pasta, Aged Parmesan Cheese, Roasted Yams, Roquette Puree and Lambs Fry Reduction.
