So this is a absolutely delicious Chunky Beef Lasagna literally seconds out of the oven, it looked so golden I simply couldn't let the opportunity go to waste. Oh and the cheese is Colby, Edam and Aged Parmesan, just in case you were curious.
...and my thanks to Primus for the borrowing of the name.

If you made this dish then please do read up on what I have to speak for about this dish. If not then please disregard as to what I say.
Vision: Strike's me as wow. It's a nicely cooked lasagne. Better than what my brother's beef lasagne looks like. He lacks cheese honestly so it doesn't look like this so really it's good. But we found ways on how to take the beefy lasagne on how to get it's layers and the cheese right. It needs to set. Rather you have to take a slice and put it in a square mold and freeze it. Then you torch the sides of the lasagne a bit (control the temp) then you'd get your dish done. But in honesty, me and my brother didn't have the tools for such so ours ended up looking like crap. But never-the-less it's still lasagne.
Originality: You taste one lasagne you've tasted it all. And really originally beef lasagne looks exactly like that it most restaurants I've seen. So I can't blame you really.
Technique: Cheese looks nicely cooked but, I really wish there was more detail to this than just cheese. I want to see the beef, cheese and the pasta. To just know the contents. Because our lasagne is different in each layer.
Impact: It's doesn't make me want to eat lasagne right now.. Even though if you put a dish like that infront of me right now, I still wouldn't touch it because I ate too much of that during the new year haha. I got sick of it eventually but really. I bet that your lasagne tastes great.

You know I could just look at this for hours and hours. This piece of work displays one thing that should be more common across all forms of culinary artistry - and indeed art in general - yet more often overlooked in search of the so called 'wow factor'. Simplicity. There is nothing amazing or extraordinary about a lasagne. It is a simple, humble meal, yet Dulcet Epicure's methods of cookery and photography have made this cheesy delight look like it was right there in front of you, straight from Mum's oven.
Perfectly cooked and perfectly presented, with all the focus upon the most important part of any lasagne. The cheese. My complements.
My dad makes lasagna every year for New Year's Eve when we host, and this is exactly what it looks like! Looking at the picture, I can almost taste the hot, gooey cheese, and I find myself wishing that we'd host this year...
I really have this urge to make Lasagne now you said that, dammit, even I am affected by yummy words. In fact I will make Lasagne tonight, it's usually me tempting people with food, not the other way around! How evil of you... yet equally intriguing!!!
The Best dish ever, I would regularly sit down to half of one of those in my teenage years...this photo captures my feelings towards the dish perfectly!
